Research activities

The lab is active in the field of radio networks.
Applications include sensor networks, cellular systems, ad hoc vehicular networks, M2M systems, and Smart Environments like Smart Cities, Buildings and Bodies.
Competencies are in tha area of layers two and three of the protocol architecture.
Activities are in the context of European projects and industry contracts.
The lab performs both experimental and theoretical activities.

Teaching activities

The lab supports the teaching activities of the course wireless sensor networks.

Equipment

The lab is composed of pcs, wireless devices and network simulators.
